No Swarbs I'm not bovvered one bit mate if we don't then someone else might good for them. I never begrudged anybody a prize if they were worthy of it and yes I have been banging on about Chelsea's double all year and still do! I suppose you did when United won their first? Did I ever mention that Chelsea did the double last year?
You may have mentioned it once or twice! When we won the first double I was 11 and at school in Trafford, where the vast majority of students were United supporters. The few City / Liverpool / Newcastle fans in the school didn't have a fun year...or decade for that matter
it was a survey of a thousand people!!! Where was it done?? leeds? liverpool? London. Hardly a true reflection of the 60 odd million people in the country if you only survey 1000 people hahahah
Yeah, but I still think we'd come out on top even if it was done nationally, cos we're much easier to anthromorphise (give human characteristics to). It's a natural part of human nature to hate people more than objects. In other words, it's much easier to hate us when you know who our players, owners, manager and directors are, and see them on the TV every week. Compare that to banks and electricity companies and people just don't know who their staff are. Can anyone name the CEO of a major bank without looking on Google?
true swarbs! I like the fact that people hate us, lets face it nobody hates spurs or arsenal because they are not an important force. The 1000 people surveyed, if a footballer would probably all sign for man united over any other english club as well lol I bet rooney hated us before he had the chance to join us
ãããããããããããããããããããããããããã ã.
Remember when your sorry lot used to spend lots of money? If I remember correctly that period was quickly followed with relegation and disgrace.
duce, does it annoy you that nobody actually hates leeds anymore???? There so unimportant people have forgotten they play football, its more a rugby city now
Most hated club in the country according to the latest poll of football fans' views on clubs rather than punters' views on companies (I also imagine a lot of Man U fans hate the company that run them due to the Glazers' involvement so that would have affected the outcome). So we are hated, and loving it. United get bigger crowds than the Rhinos and Carnegie combined. In Ken Bates' secret account on some undiscovered Pacific island, most probably. Yes, it's one of the many reasons I dislike the disease of inflation in English football and the lack of FA/FIFA backbone in regulating club finance up to this point.
Yeah, I bet you were fuming when you got to the Champions League semi in 2001 weren't you? You're so full of **** it's actually quite amusing.
