The title says it all - that's 6 points we could and should have guranteed ourselves. If those were won, villa would be right in it instead of us. I still live in hope, as I said at the last game of last season...if we finish 17th on GD...it's a job well done. COYRsssssssss
Add in the poor performance on saturday when wba were there for the taking. and letting a 2 goal lead slip at villa. I said at the time the villa game would cost us. Hope it doesnt end up doing so.
Blame what you like, but for me there have been far too many players not putting in a shift in many games during the year; the "It's just good to be here" attitude of Warnock and the stupidity of Barton, Diakite and especially Cisse.
I see the recrimination has started before we are down! Pains me to say it but Cisse is No 1 on my blame list. He still has time to redeem himself.
All these ifs and buts!. Every team in the league probably have about ten 'but if only we had done this or that'..7 points minimum need now. Against Chelsea,spurs,man city and stoke?...hhmmmm,cant see it. Ok,wee had a few good wins,but so has everyone else and being brutally honest,we have looked like one of the 3 worst teams for most of the season...getting a bit yukky now
