First one been confirmed.. Relegated Doncaster, lost 3-4 to Pompey with Greg Halford scoring twice....remember him.. Promoted..Charlton..(good to see) after beating Carlisle (who i believe have some SAFC players on loan) 1-0 with B Wright-Phillips scoring his 22nd goal of the season...22 goals so far, not bad. But see Wolves have lasted another week..........
Ticked off about Donny as they were my second team because they were the opposition in the first cup-tie I ever saw. They beat us and in the best tradition of kid supporter I reckoned if they were good enough to do that they should win the cup.
I think Portsmouth are down, not mathmatically but its going to be hard for them to stop up. I can see Reading and Southampton getting promoted - which I would like. It will be good for Southampton to be back in the prem. I hope Carlise can make a late push for the play-offs as well.
Darlo were relegated yesterday. A 10 point deduction for going into administration didn't help. It also does not help a club to get out of admin.
Yeah I saw that - hence the post. Shame really - I always look out for the North East Teams' results and with Hartlepool seemingly holding their own in League 1 it's terrible to see Darlo relegated from the Conference !
