I have been saying this for months. People have been raving saying we only need a couple new players. We need a whole new team. As you say bar Sess and McClean we have nobody, and MON has papered over that. We have to remember this team was 17th about 5 months ago. Some of it was because of Bruce, but a lot of it is because our team is poor. A CM could not pick a pass out to save their life - and they have no flair. We need 3 strikers, 2 new CM, a CB, a RM and a LB. I am just waiting to the end, and maybe get into the top 10.
would love to argue with you but cant but the good thing is MON can see this.If the run had continued, the cracks would have been still papered over, just think if we had made Europe, what an embarrassment that could have been. Its all about seeing this season out and getting ready for next.
Yeah if we did get into Europe it would of been embarrassing. While I really want us to get into Europe, I want us to do it with a team capable of doing something. I think thats all this season is now, seeing it out and getting ready for next week. IMO MON has decided who will go, and what arrears we need to improve on.
The cracks have already appeared lads this is the fifth game where we haven't scored yet we can put 3 past City away typical Sunderland in my opinion (borrowing a username from 606). The cracks a not that big to be fair but, having just finished scraping the walls this morning I have found quite a number around the window area which will need filling, thing is do I use the ready mixed stuff or good old fashioned Polyfilla or does MON have a brand he favours?
Little trick mate, if they are not that bad, fill them with no nails.. But the cracks MoN is going to have to fill will not be as easy or as cheap...........He is going to have to go to some high end store and purchase something that will really do the job, so as to stop any more cracks happening.
Pick him up a full box, so he can then stick all the 18-30 holiday brochures together, as they are obviously a distraction.
