It'll need a massive improvement from today's performance, but we said the same following Sunderland. We've suddenly become a real Jekyll & Hyde...
Are you having a laugh? He did nothing right! Can't cross, can't shoot, can't get past his man. The guy is brutal. This is clear to all yet Hughes brings him on. What was he thinking of?
Are you serious?!! That comment has annoyed me more almost as much as the defeat and Hughes subs. Most ridiculous and disrespectful statement i've ever heard if you mean this. Without him we without doubt would still be in the championship anyway. Save your frustartions for talentless waste of many of money like SWP who have never contributed anything to this club but you clearly are the type of fan who booed just before the ball was passed back to Ferdinand on Wednesday before he put the ball into Mackie for the 2nd goal and your favourite QPR players are try hard types with no technical ability like Blackstock, Bircham and Ainsworth Give Adel the respect he deserves
I agree with some of what you say but what's wrong with working hard players being your favourite? those you listened are some of my favourite QPR players, as are players like Mackie in our team today
Juat that the people who tend to favour those sort of players dont recognise that Adel is the player that dragged us up to the next level. Swords seems to fit that stereotype perfectly. For a fan to say "i've never liked him" about the best player we've has in 15 years sums up who entrenched those tyoes are
Entrenched?!!!! Entrenched is not seeing the truth right in front of you. Entrenched is refusing point blank to criticize a player when he's been utter tosh. What about that little shimmy Taarabt did against Arsenal? Instead of playing a simple ball, he tried to show off and lost it. The ball ended up at the other end at Van Persie's feet and on any other day would have buried it and with it our Premiership survival chances. Who can forget his courting other Clubs publicly during the summer, slagging off his team-mates, throwing strops on the field, running out of stadiums in the middle of a match etc etc etc? Its one thing indulging a child to get them to behave but this idiot is a grown man and will NEVER make it to the top with his dreadful attitude. One goal all season and you're still backing him to the hilt? There's only so much some of us can take. Entrenched? No Sir, it is not I who is entrenched.
The problem we have is still the same one as last season, when Taarabt doesn’t play well we struggle. The loss of Faurlin accentuates this lack of any other creativity. I too do not understand the anti Taarabt stance taken by some, without him we are nothing more than workmanlike.
If Adel plays shyte then we are entitled to say so, he was shyte today and contributed little. He's not f*cking GOD...
Are you going to tell him or am I? The problem is that when he is shyte, we are shyte. with Faurlin injured there is no other creativity in the team.
Agree that Taarabt should not have come off and SWP well what can u say that hasnt already been said. Imo the worst signing I can remember (value 4 money). As for Hughes hanging his head in shame,I totally disagree. We do not have players on the bench to change games,we needed a change at that time but imo it should have been Heidar 4 Zamora. At times we played some good stuff and over the last few weeks there has been an improvement, but Rome wasnt built in a day.Personally I think Hughes is the right man and given time wil do a great job.Great support there today, proud to be a Ranger.
Taarabt was poor today, yes, but in recent weeks he has worked hard to change his style and has worked hard to defend with the rest of the team. Recently he has perfomed very well and has been at the centre of our attacking moves. However, today nothing went for him and taking him off was the right call. We all know what SWP offers to the team - NOTHING. So why Hughes brought him on I will never know. But for me the biggest mistake was dropping Buzsaky. After a great performance and goal v Swansea he should have started - and may have provided us with a bit more flair, alongside the graft in the middle of the park.
It was the right call, he created nothing and let his man wander past him when they hit the post. He didnt look interested, Traore should have come on for a straight swap at LW, see how many corners he won from LB?
I can see the reasoning, but for me we were too defensive and that cost us. A bit more attacking flair and we could easily have unlocked their defence. They were barely tested really.
It wasnt for me, i was saying he should play, you dont drop a player whos done well and scored the previous match, we dont need 3 defensive midfielders player who were all awful in the 1st half.
Which brings us back to my earlier point that when Taarabt doesn't play well we have no attacking flair. The players signed to remedy this, such as SWP, have seen a massive let down.
