    why? he played well. We lost to a much superior team, but he still performed well. Just like he did when we beat Spurs last week. Or indeed the whole season.

    And n6rw1ch sort of works as a nickname, but not coming from Ip5w1ch fans. You see when we call you Ip5w1ch its because WE beat you 5-1. When you have a club whose accomplishments you can be proud of, you can boast about them too, instead of living vicariously through the achievements of another club, who've spent 300M on a squad of superstars.

    Although if you keep lingering in mid table championship obscurity for much longer i'm sure you could rival that sort of expenditure with your ballooning debt figures!

    <laugh>

    Listening to Radio 5 606, Robbie Savage just said that he'd rather England take Andy Carroll to the Euro's than Grant Holt!!

    He went further and said that if England decided to take GH, we may as well not bother to turn up!! <yikes>

    Now I know that Savage is a bit of a ****, but has he not got it right this time??

    No, I have to take issue here - with a binner or two.
    We played at home, so n1rwi6h doesn't work.

    You played at home, so 1p5wich works a treat, and still sounds good <ok>

    i know, im being generous with the 'sort of works' but go easy on them down the road, they're not the brightest, they think having an owner that they pay 4 million in interest to per year is a good deal.

    Finally back from Norfolk
    Funny game really,when it was 1-2 I felt that next goal was probably the winner so the score line certainly flatters us but I suppose the game is simply about goals and we were very clinical.Not seen enough of grant holt to judge and Vincent Kompany and Lescott were exceptional today,better players than holt wouldn't have got much of a sniff.
    Hope you keep hold of Lambert,I can see spurs coming sniffing

    You're being generous with "them down the road", too, we're a long way from that ****hole called Battersea!

    It certainly was an odd game. Mancini made better use of the substitutions to change the tactical battle in Man City's favour.

    As for Spurs, why would he want to drive the Help the Aged bus? ;)

    Good luck with the title race, rather you won it than United.

    I hear that in Norfolk inbreeding is so rife that the Norwich phone directory doubles up as the sex offenders' list??

    <ok>

    To be honest, Cromer, I've just heard on the radio, (and checked out on the net), about the death of Piermario Morosini in Italy playing for Livorno earlier, following a heart attack on the pitch in the 31st minute...

    25 years old...

    I'll withdraw my comment in light of this, some things transcend football..

    Have a good evening...

    The ironic thing about this is that in Italy they have mandatory cardiac screening! In other words, there is no safety, when it's your time, you have to go!
