Do you guys still feel a lot of rivalry towards us this season?

A psychologist would translate that post into something along the lines of...

I'm feeling so happy that I can barely contain myself today and therefore don't mind if I sound like a bit of a dafty. After being cast out into the wilderness for the last four years I just cannot hide my relief at finally finishing above Sunderland once again. I was beginning to forget what it felt like! <ok>

If it makes you feel better just imagine the positions in reverse. I really don't care. That's not the point I'm trying to make.

I was just so used to keeping tabs on Sunderland for months as our main rivals, especially due to MoN's resurgence and the genuine fear of you catching up. Now though, with the gap thankfully maintained and different rivals for spots on the table, the rivalry between us has sort of faded. Going from checking Sunderland's scores first every time to checking a different teams is noticeable eventually. Just wondering if you guys have felt the same lately and sort of forgot we were even there without having something to clash over.

It's probably just due to being caught up in the excitement of the situation were in I guess.

I currently check match results in this order:

    NUFC
    Chelsea/Spurs
    Sunderland

Simply because it will help our cause if the two London teams get beat, whereas the Sunderland game isn't going to have any effect on us at all. If we were miles ahead of them but they were 14th/15th and we were 9th/10th, I would check there game first, it's just because we actually have something still to play for. Don't feel less rivalry though, still want them to lose every week.

Chapz has his own style of patronizing! Always wumming. I honestly think Chapz thinks he is a super genius with his wums and thinks we don't notice.

On a serious note though Chapz, why do you us an apostrophe for everything except we're? you keep using were! Making it completely different, doesnt matter as much with doesn't as you can see what the word is but we're and were is a big difference, bloody stop it, it's annoying lol!

I'm not having a pop at your grammar as I don't really care how people type as long as I can make it out but please be consistant with Mr Apostrophe :police:

Nice to see you love me so much you've remembered what I said on another thread. However, your bad. I've never said anything of the kind. I said I agree with a lot of BNP policies, but they have crossed the line between patriotism and racism. Obviously you're too ******ed to understand that that means I DON'T support them <doh>

<laugh> I'm not a BNP supporter at all. I have very strong views on not allowing people from all over the world to wander willy nilly into our country and take jobs that British people want. However, I believe in controlled immigration, not this cleansing that the BNP promote. Also, the scum who would rather pick up dole money every week than work for a living would be getting deported if I was in power too <ok>
