He is a good jockey. I have a feeling I may have seen her at Beverley myself a while back. Backed Mccoys ride tomorrow Synchronised now, probably a mistake, 6 runners in the race, it's the over-inflated odds and 5 places sucked me in for better or worse!
i just had a sneaky tenner on reading @ 2/1 ..so ive stuck the 20 winnings on synchronised at 9/1 , i know the fave hardly ever wins but its a free bet the way i look at it...
I must have seen her at Beverley (Carberry) been there loads over the last 20+years, even saw Claire Balding ride at Beverley once years ago I think and Emma Ramsden who does C4 and is quite a fox!
I backed Reading to win the league at the beginning of the season - very pleased that they won tonight.
About 20s I think - sure they must have gone out to much longer with the way they started the season. Was as a single but also part of a multiple bet on all the league winners which paid out a lot for me last season - this season I've got Celtic and Fleetwood already, need Reading and Liverpool to win the cup then it will pay out big. Also had Man City, MK Dons and Crawley but none of them look like paying out.
or Synchonised is JP Mcmanus favoured runner, must have the favourites chance especially with AP on board, think you have a good chance
Big lol OLM!.......I know a guy who says stay away from Shakalakkaboomboom as too many people have already liked the name too so **** odds!..decent horse as well.. shame. Its Chigaco grey whos yer man/horse,though last years winner a fine beast and looking well!.2 more beers and i so would!
My usual "tactic" is to take the 25/1-33/1 horses and back a couple of them with each way bets. It's won me money every year but one since 1997 (when my mum used to put on a £1 bet for me as a one off). Last year I did that and had the favourite in a sweepstake that paid out for the first 3 so I ended up with winners odds on an each way bet. Edit: Just been and picked, my 2 each ways for this year are Midnight Club (33/1) and Always Right (25/1). On the sweepstake I've got Killyglen (16/1) so if it's top 3 I've got better odds than if I'd backed it to win down the bookies. Edit 2: The sweepstake is paying 50/20/10 for the top 3. So the ideal result for me is Midnight Club from Killyglen, with Always Right in 3rd place
man city look like letting me down on a couple of big wins, still got a barca champions league/ chelsea fa cup double which pays out a couple of hundred if succesful to hope for...
That's the way i bet DJ. Have a £10 limit at the weekend, but if i win i can use the winnings without worrying about losing.
If Synchronised is fully fit, he should win. He should be carrying 6llb more than he is. He was aimed at this race, the Gold Cup was a bonus in O'Neillls words. I've not been this certain of a horse since Dancing Brave in the DERBY!!! The lads done 2-1 to us and Roko to score the first 60/1 I've done 1-0 and TC 80/1.
I know absolutely nothing about horse racing but went for Boomshakalakaboom, or whatever the horse is called, due to obvious reasons. If above horse doesn't win, I hope for Black Apalachi, each way 1-6, just because I misclicked, so felt destined to be. 6 quid stakes all in all. Highroller I am, yes indeed.
I know Kempton that was the point!! That cost me a fortune. I hate Greville Starkey with a passion. He's dead now and i still hate him. Worst piece of riding ever.
That was crazy. Never seen any horse racing really, is it usually that disorganised? Felt like a slaughter with people falling all over the place, horses running around in the lead alone without a jockey, etc Loved the typical English disorgnisation at the start (As I have got to know, still waiting for Sky and Internet after 2 months in my new apartment. Not sure how hard it can be to get it installed
The National is pretty unique for the chaos. For anyone who's not seen the result: 1) Neptune Collanges 2) Sunnyhillboy 3) Seabass 4) cappa Bleu 5) In Compliance My best this year came 11th or 12th, so that's 2 years in 16 I haven't had a placed horse.
