    We definitely should have gone for him, he looks a real bargain.

    And to the Sanits knobhead, Sharp was desperate to come to Hull(so he didn't have to move house), but we weren't prepared to shell out the cash required.

    Sharp has failed at every big club he has been at. Sheffied United (Twice) and now he hasnt started well at Southampton. For the smaller clubs like Scunthorpe and Doncaster he scored goals for fun. If Southampton do go up Sharp will be out of his depth.

    We was linked with Le Fondre but Sven didnt rate him.

    I see Nicky Barmby wants to be given some cash in the summer. I think we are proof having lots of cash doesnt always work, its about how you build a team together. Proven by Reading

    In the main, Nick's happy to deal in frees and loans, but he is rather keep on getting his hands on a couple of million for another striker, as we expect all of our strikers, other than Matty(and possibly a kid called Cullen), to leave in the summer.

    <laugh> shafted by Reading. You can't say I didn't warn you earlier and now it looks like West Ham are gonna catch you. Big wheels falling off very small south coast team comes to mind. At the end of the day you're just a small town in Portsmouth
