He wrongly disallowed a wigan goal, gave a corner incorrectly which lead to Wigans winning goal, did not award Man U a stonewall penalty. Dowd has refereed two Championship games this season, producing 6 yellows & 1 red. His total record this season in his 33 games, are 125 yellows and 4 reds.
