Sometimes amusing but trying to get a mexican wave going against Blackpool at 0-1 was a bad move.

 

It worked better than the attempts against Coventry.

 

When we're losing he should be getting the crowd behind the team - at 0-0 v cov was perhaps excusable.

 

He was trying to do exactly that, if people wont chant/sing or even clap he has to do something else. And as it was mainly kids against Blackpool the best way was probably the wave. How many kids know the lyrics to the songs or will join in. FFS i have heard parents telling their kids to keep it down at the match when they started clapping and shouted yellow army.

I was lucky yesterday and got to speak to all the mentioned players, so here are the answers.

Tom James- he says he might have to go on loan if he wants to get some game time, but at the moment he is more focused on getting his contract extension in the summer.

Loach- He likes the atmosphere at the vic. He says it seems to get louder as the game progresses.

TK- no one persuaded him to sign on loan. He would be happy to play for free as he was desperate to get some time on the pitch.

Whichelow- I will put this word for word as it made me chuckle. I asked him if he was happy with the opportunities this season and he said "
