Obviously, we are coming to the end of the season and it is looking more likely that our outside chance of promotion has drifted away. However, thank god or even SD and his team that we are not fighting at the bottom end of the table now ! So we are going to be in the Championship next season. Happy days. My question for discussion is what teams from the Prem do you think will join us? Wolves look a bit doomed and I'd go for Bolton (see you soon Marv) and QPR to go down, but maybe that is out of spite and not logic ! Equally, who do you think will come up from League 1? Charlton look certs then it is a scrap for second between the two Sheffileds. I'd like to see Wednesday and Brentford come up.
I think coming down will be Wolves, Blackburn and Bolton, i think QPR will wriggle out of the bottom three. They're having some good home performances which will probably be enough. I agree with you about League 1...i think it'll be Charlton and Sheffield United automatically, and i'd love to see Brentford come up. (though it's a nightmare drive to Brentford! lol)
Down from the Premiership Wolverhampton Wanderers Wigan Athletic Queens Park Rangers Up from Division One Charlton Athletic Sheffield United Huddersfield Town
Looks like after last night The Steptoe's and Wigan might wriggle free, so for me Wolves, Blackburn & Bolton are doomed to join us...Great to see Charlton coming up, a great club and one of my fav away days (which will probably mean the idiots who schedule games will make it a Tuesday night!) and I think they will be joined by both Sheffield clubs. Hoping that Franchise FC get all they deserve...absolutely nothing!
Looking in various reports on the internet, none of which were from the WFC website, no. Down: Wolves, Blackburn/Bolton & Villa Up: Charlton, Sheff W and Huddersfield. I think that whichever of the Sheffield teams misses out will be disappointed at getting so close, they won't win the play-offs. What could affect Sheff U is Ched Evans' state of mind due to his rape trial and if he's found guilty.
DOWN FROM THE PREMIER LEAGUE WILL BE --------------------------------------------------- Wolverhampton Wanderous,, who are nailed on now for the drop. Blackburn Rovers Queens Park Rangers UP FROM LEAGUE ONE ----------------------------------------------- Charlton Athletic Sheffield Utd Sheffield Weds(from the play-offs) which potentially makes the Championship even stronger than this season. With Southampton, Reading and One Surprise leaving us via the Play-Offs. West Ham still to be with us come august and maybe in administration as well. Lol.
The trial started today - before he would've been worried about it, but now it's taking place, that could have a completely different effect to knowing that it is going to happen.
West Ham will never go into admin with the coin eyed dildo boys in charge. They are fattening it up for sale after they have flogged the Boelyn and moved to Stratford...big pay day for the porn kings
I don't care who goes up or down as long as we beat them all, twice, next season. That will be 36 points.
Would be interesting, and financially good for us if Q.P.R. go down, Charlton and Brentford go up, and Wet Spam stay where they are - lots of derby matches there but I don't think it will happen. Despite their win last night I still think Wigan may come down along with Bolton and Wolves. Charlton are obviously nearly up already and I fancy United to take the second spot - the play offs are a lottery and although Wednesday may be the best team there that isn't always an advantage - basically I'd be happy with anyone apart from Milton Keynes Dons as the third
I'd like to see Wigan staying up, Roberto Martinez seems to talk a lot of sense. If we do get an extra wad of cash if Bolton avoid the door - then more power to them as well. The rest I care not one jot about. But I might have a quiet snigger if QPR come back to their natural home.
Wolves, Blackburn Bolton down Charlton Sheff U and Sheff W up Wear_Yellow - Very Funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
