I notice that there appears a lot of confidence with regard to the usual suspects with regards to the youth players in our team (predominantly ryo and campbell) while people seem to have counted wellington silva as a goner based on his failed loan at levante. Lot of people may say he turned out to be a waste at £3mil but based on regular reports hes having a stormer of a season at alcoyano consistently earning man of the match. I'm not saying hes definitely going to make it but based on pure potential he's probably got more natural ability than ryo though he has less pace and though he is not our best prospect (serge gnabry probably gets that honour imo) he is definitely witnessing something of a comeback. Watch this space because if he can get his attitude in check i think he may turn out to be a bargain...for those of you who don't know about him here's a taster of what hes capable of. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJze590ssyM
maybe not here mate but in most blogs people say hes a waste of space though even over here no one really seems to mention him while focussing reasonably on ryo and campbell
We don't really mention him beacuse the other wo are much closer to playing in the 1st team than he is ATM I still tink he'll turn good
thing is, he couldn't cut it in La Liga, and these 'man of the match' performances are at the second league in spain. he needs to prove himself in a top league before coming back to arsenal.
The problem was with a club fighting for survival and therefore would not take the chance on a player they didn't know. They should never have taken him on loan.
