My exact sentiments - this scenario could all too easily happen - we really need him for the next game.
Honestly, they haven't taken it off for me - someone said on an earlier post that Wigan are looking more like the form team (alongside us), with Blackburn's result against the Scoucers, and Bolton's form dipping. It's now in our hands, and whilst we've got some horrible teams to play, Spurs aren't in the best form at the moment and I fancy us to take 3 points from them. West Brom haven't got a lot to play for now they're pretty much safe, and Stoke should be doable. That makes 9 points, leaving us on the magic 40, and with a better goal difference than all of the teams currently below us. Can anyone else see Blackburn, Bolton AND Wigan getting to 40?
Fantastic display, great goals, but most of all - how good is it to be comfortable?! To watch your team playing out the last ten minutes with a 3 goal lead. haven't felt like that since.....Wolves away? Swansea last season?
Thanks Telford! saw the last 20 or so on this - good pic, great result and performance from what I saw which wasn't too much until then! No game analysis from me! tho I'll try and record a tv showing in the middle of the night, and watch it on tv later. Great goals and a distustingly beautiful clean sheet!
