We do give a ****. We just don't blow things out of all proportion like you lot do.

Take Muamba. Doesn't even die and they're cancelling games and holding applauses and such like before games.

In the Scottish League Cup a player's father dies at the side of the pitch. Everyone commiserates the player for his loss but then life goes on.

Your club needs to let it go like Rangers and Hearts have done. Sure, commemorate it on big anniversaries like the 25th and 30th but not every year.

Amazes me why this has attracted all but one Chelsea fan who it arguably only effects. And why not the question as to why the two games were played in this order at the weekend rather than just switched round?

LFC have never insisted on games being moved. Simply said they wouldn't play. If that means disqualification so be it. Luckily the FA on at least this topic have more sensitivity than a few who have posted here.

To hate a sports club so much that you use the dead to make a little Internet jibe or even argument when no club has complained about the decision says a lot about the kind of people you are. I really for the sake of humanity hope you do not have the ability to reproduce.

I agree but - and be honest here - What do you think would be more important to the 96 that tragically past away - An amazing game of football with the kop roaring like what they loved or a memorial service?

Says a man that's come on to another teams board to whine & bitch about something that doesn't effect his team in any way. Youve asked your question it's been answered several times yet you continue to "ask"

To ignore the answers means your not interested in them & simply here to stir. So I maintain that that is disrespectful. You could always prove me wrong by taking the genuine answers you've been given and f*ck off?

And then i agreed they were correct. Is that a wind up? Seriously? You really should just go and play in a house fire. <ok>

No-one can presume to know how the 96 would like to be remembered, but their families would like us not to play on that date. The club takes its lead from them. Others may decide to commemorate things in a different way- that is their choice and should be respected. This is LFC's choice and deserves respect also.
Why is anyone even arguing about this?

What you've got to remember is that Hillsborough had a huge effect mentally on the families and people who were there. A lot of people who were at Hillsborough, or any of their families, haven't set foot in a football ground since that date. I believe all the families feel it would be too painful going to a football match on April 15th and even though people, like you and me, who weren't at Hillsborough that day may not fully understand their motives behind not wanting LFC to play on the 15th of April we can still respect their wishes and not abuse them for not wanting a game to be played on that day.
