In response to the tackle.People inflict pain on others in the selfish pursuit of their own happiness or satisfaction.Hogg zen I believe.

In response to your spelling policeman role, think about your own grammar before you type.

yeah, but most of the talk is of future improvements rather than the match now. Once you have posted the Hull thread i will consider locking this one if there is still arguments about the match. If its about future players and the like then i will leave it be.

Gramadeg yn gywir, yn anffodus nid yw'r sillafu yn. Os ydych yn mynd i feirniadu wneud yn siŵr nad ydych yn taflu cerrig yn eich tŷ gwydr. Pan fyddwch yn ysgrifennu yn yr iaith Saesneg dylai fod bwlch ar ôl atalnod llawn neu atalnod. <doh>

ITIWRAN you don't want to go into arguing semiotics, anyway you understood what I meant.

Spelled is the regular form of past participle of the verb to spell, whereas spelt is the irregular form. As Hornette says both are correct in this case, although spelled is generally favoured by our North American english speaking cousins in normal usage. A good job we don't have stong and weak verbs like other germanic languages.

Before you get on your high horse. You have english or the English language (the language of the English), as english referring uniquely to the language is a noun and English to the people is a proper noun, and as such is capitalised, but that is a discussion for another day.
