PROMOTION I think the autos have been decided now & even though Saints & Reading may swap places I think there both go up. I can see the play offs looking something like this WHAM BIRM BLAC CARD Who goes up out of those lot? Could be anyone but I think Birmingham will be the one to make it as West Hams home form could let them down over the two legs and the added pressure of the play offs. Blackpool have the know how as well so they could surprise. League one I think the current top three have enough about them to go up so its Charlton Shef United Shef Wed Notts county could cause a problem in the play offs so they would be my outside bet Relegation- Prem Wigan & Wolves look already doomed and I think QPR will be joining them Bolton arent out of the fight yet. so Wigan Wolves QPR Relegation- Championship Donny are gone as far as I am concerned and I think its to much to ask for Coventry to pull out of trouble after there loss to Bristol City. Portsmouth will go as well due to the ten point deduction. Barnsley picked up enough points to be safe early on or they would look dead certs to drop down as there form is terrible. Donny Coventry Portsmouth So next year we will have the two sheff teams plus charlton to compete with, plus wigan wolves & QPR with parachute payments to aid them. Does it look any easier?
To be honest none of the league one teams worry me much unless they invest of course. Can't see any of them doing a Norwich/Southampton
My lass is from Blackburn so hoping they go down too..plus get to take her dad to Elland road and watch us spank the lancastrians
I can see Leicester gatecrashing the play-off party as one of the form teams, with Cardiff falling by the wayside That leaves only one of West Ham, Birmingham, Blackpool or Leicester getting promoted. Looks like Reading and Saints have been real party poopers to the initial favourites for promotion.
Coming Down: Wolves - Lets hope they keep imploding, good job chairman QPR - Will their owners get bored of their little toy Blackburn - New Ewood Park Chicken Factory "Opening Autumn 2012" From League One: Charlton - No immediate threat Shef Wed - Could be a dark horse MK Dons - Will this bring Smudge back to Elland Road?
Good to see Wigan get the rub of the green tonight - especially against scum. Fergie was very gracious for once, but I would love to have seen him if the result had been critical to him. Easy to be gracious when you've got a 5 point lead with only 5 matches to go.
