He should not be demoted - he should be kicked out of football. Why pass a corrupt or incompetent official to a lower league?

Because I doubt it would be easy to get a top level referee to replace the ****e ones unless you take one from the Championship to replace them (as suggested) but then the latter would leave gap in the Championship. I think kicking them out would be too harsh unless they consistently got bad scores. Yeah, I thought so. That's why having the managers rate them would be unfair. Fergie would be sending them champagne bottles every week while Wenger would send them spectacles.
