He won't be facing any furhter punishement after his horrow tackle on Alex Song, i'm sorry but he could've ended the Arsenal player's career on sunday i saw the inicdent again the way his leg bent, he's lucky it was planted on the ground. His first game back could be the Manchester derby in a couple of weeks time.

Martin Atkinson is the worst referee i've seen in the premier league, yes i know its an honest mistake he made but he should've sent Mario Balotelli off, i still remember the way he referees our games against Chelsea.

In the referees defence replays show he couldnt see it there were a couple of players in the way. But balottelli should still get a ban of the FA for it seeing as he wasnt carded at the time. Doesn't matter if he is not banned for our game Bob M says he will never play for city again... Wait why dies that sound so familiar?

This is how you justify this thread being on the Man United board? A referee who usually screws up against us screws up somewhere else? You punk!!

How can it be a mistake when he didn't see the ******* tackle? He is not watching the game on Sky Sports. Have you EVER refereed a game?

Not dissimilar in terms of recklessness, in my opinion. From behind and high though only a free-kick in Mason's eyes. He got a chance to have a quick chat with him though which he'll cherish.

I think Rooney was lucky not to get a yellow, but the same as Balotelli's studs to the knee challenge? Sorry, not in my book, not even remotely similar.

It was knee-high and studs up, so was Balotelli's. so they've got to be similar. I'm surprised Rooney's tackle hasn't been covered by pundits.
