I know you are right about Suso. For some reason, (probably his size) he makes it no where near the first team squad. But like you say,he should be, Thi si how I see Susos pros and cons: Cons: Not that Big Pros: Does not lose possession. Finds brilliant short passes and then moves - (We are supposed to play pass and move.) Can ping it long with amazing accuracy - (Some might say we have missed Alonso.) Can dribble and has great technical ability Can score from in close or distance...- (We lack goals from midfield) hes got Jesus as a name - Sometimes us scoring seems to have required a miracle.......... Sterling deserves a game no doubt, but if he really hots it off i fear the pass it to raheem mentality which could in the long make us predictable and easy to deal with (A La Owen days) But suso is a player who can really add creativity to our Midfield....Dammit Im about to go off on a rant about if i were the manager....Time for A THREAD ME THINKS!!!
i have to add to that list... learned and is applying the dark arts of tackling and tracking back like a team player. the rest i know he can do, its a question of doing it at the right time and seeing the most dangeorus pass. the tracking back and work ethic is most impressive to me. suso and sterling are decent no question.
they are a bt of fun to watch. sometimes the opposition is even decent as well which makes the game but mostly you can just see 2/3 guys who are good enough an the rest are just yong lads with a dream.
Wisdom, Suso and Sterling, best of fthe bunch......Ngooo does have very long legs though and could be the next Naomi Campbell
has anyone been able to find anything online about the rezzies team for today? or how they are getting on? Scribble it up if you have
Cant find anything online about this game so i tried to phone Melwood to get the score....No Answer, the buggers!!
i agree on those players.. coady is some way off thier elvel at this time. he's not improved over the past year at all. he is not looking so good in terms of where he is on the pitch and the fouls he makes. wisdom has that extra bit of quality over and above most defenders we've had too. I also can't find anyhting o nthe game.
I went on a betting website with real time scores and it says its 0-0, Liverpool have had a shed load of corners, but no goals, (familiar) The website gives no details of lineups so dont know if Sterling is involved or not. Half an hour to go and all been Liverpool so far it seems, Looks like a 1-0 to WBA..lol
I think i've found some information. It's off @LiverpoolPlus on Twitter. They are saying that Sterling is NOT in the squad for this game. Team is as follows: Ward Mendy Sama Wisdom Robinson Roberts Coady Suso Adorjan Ngoo Eccleston SUBS: Belford McGiveron Roddan Smith Morgan It's 0-0 at half time. NOTE: Don't shot the messenger. I don't know how reliable this news is so if it's wrong, it's not my fault.
Good skills Chris, We should have you on the wing for the first team as your delivery is as always impecable. It is still 0-0, so from that we can presume this is accurate and Sterling may be on the bench this evening.....wooooooooooooohoooooooooooooo
thats interesting... no sterling is all we really cared about actually seeing a 4-4-2 there is interesting, i wonder where suso is playing in it, robinson is back in as well which is about time for him. chris must be antonio valencia in disguise, he's popped up late with a winning contribution
GOAL! Liverpool Reserves 2-1 West Brom Reserves. An 81st minute goal gives Liverpool the lead. No idea who scored it though!
I'd have guessed so too. we should be playing 442 as ngoo and eccleston are playing but i suppose we could play 4-2-3-1 if eccleston went left side. i don't get why nathan is still in the ressies after his loans. i expect him to be sold on soon but we're so bloody bad i wondered if throwing him one lifeline game might not get him to give something. i doubt it mind. still robinson, widsom, suso, coady, and a few others, its a strong team for the elvel. they can't score either
