With Ferguson saying Welbeck, Diouf, Cleverly and Kiko will all return and Berbatov not getting a new deal and Nani explaining how he is unhappy those 2 could be off. The younger players will likely replace them as there is "no value in the market".

Lets be realistic here, ronaldo and tevez both left and Owen and Valencia replaced them. Who says Nani and Dimi Berbs will get replaced? With Cleverly able to play left wing same with Welbeck the likely team will be. I can only see more Obertan and Bebe signings in the summer.

    ...............Hernandez Rooney
    Welbeck Anderson Fletcher Valencia
    Evra........Vidic......Rio......Rafa
    ...............Lindegaard

Why do you write this sort of thread week after week?

You can guarantee that you will come out with a realistic team thread.

A while ago he was loving the return of Valencia, now he can't stand him. What a plank.

we need a creative midfeilder a Gk and maybe a lefty.

Maybe another Holding player depends on who leaves/retires.

Scholes, Hargo and hopefully gibson will be gone. And first two need will need replacing.

If we dont buy a creative cm who will create in the middle of the park? I can only think of ando but his injuries are sstarting to become somewhat worryingly frequent.

    amazing team <doh>

    4 away wins says different

We have an amazing Nani and a great bulgarian and a seribian militant defender in Vidic and a legendary goal keeper. We have a great poacher and great young defender and some decent squad playersn but the rest of the team is <doh>

Thats meant to say I think scholes and Hargo will be gone. Hopefully gibson will leave. Although that being said I do think its time for hargo and if I am being totally honest probably scholes aswell.

stretty if you think we will spend more than 30m in the summer you are a <doh>

the days of spending are long gone. The best we can do is hope we resign Scholes and Hargo is given another go. Gibson should leave though.

Even if we target a decent player, city, chelsea and the top Spainish teams have more attraction and would grab them ahead of us. We will have to unearth more Hernandez and Smalling buys to compete. That said we have pogba and Cleverly who look like Gems. We can't spend like City or Chelsea and cant offer what Barca and Real do. This is a fact and you better get used to it. This is the main reason I believe we have not signed top players. Our business model works to a degree but to compete we now need a sugar daddy and not many want to spend 1b plus on a football club <ok>

Scholes gets overrun to easily and hargreaves is about as much use as a pair of sunglasses on a bloke with one ear.

And who said that we have to spend large amounts to replace them?

Yeah well done. Why are you just repeating what a lot of us have said for about 2 years now? We know this.

Because you hear people saying how we should sign this player or that player when in reality none of those players want to join us/ other clubs have better bids. I don't really care about this as there is many talented players out there and we just have to look hard to get them. The Glazers will make a lot of money at Utd with this model. It frustrates me when people expect us to sign the Neymars, ozils of the world because in reality other clubs have better chances. I would even include Inter, Ac ahead of us on getting talent. Yet our fans call us the biggest team in the world. The fact we can't attract the best means we are not the best <ok>

We are lucky we have Ferguson as he can still win us things with this model. I really hope he carries on for another 5 or 6 years as when he retires there will be a steep decline as the business model is no longer viable to compete. When Ferguson retires we need to bought by qatar or some other multi billionaire group or person. Football is all about money now and with the wage increase our business can not operate. Football is becoming a sport which will make astronomical lossess and the FFP rules will not stop this. Our wage bill has doubled since 2005 which shows this. Even the Osheas and Browns of this world are on plus 50k. A sugar daddy is needed and the only real way we will get one of those is if the clubs values decreased by 2 thirds.

Inter and AC? You do realise those two are two of the worst financially run clubs in the european elite dont you? Plus their teams and league are poor. They are definatley not ahead of us in terms of player attraction.

No one expects us to sign neymar, no one has suggested that, so what are you on about?

There have been suggestions don't kid yourself. On 606 that is anyway and guess what Neymar has come out and said he wants to go to Italy. Even Nani has been reported to be attracted to Italy. The league still attracts players as well. We have similar weight in the transfer market as Arsenal now.
