    Cheers AK..

My 16.00 interview candidate turned up at 10.00 - the agency screwed up, but luckily I could move things around.

    Morning all

Very sunny at the moment so off to restock the fridge and freezer. Happy with a point and an improved performance yesterday...pity we didn't nick it though. County cricket starts down here this week. Was planning to go but the forecast doesn't suggest sitting in the open for a full day will be too comfortable.

Morning all, been a busy morning, we are in the process of re-organising and streamlining which seems to be upsetting everybody - still that's what I'm paid for.

Thanks for the coffee Ak and I did pop in and have one of your pints last night so thanks for that also.

Enjoy Paris PSH - last time I went up Eiffel Tower was 1960 and went up the stairs all the way to the top - My parents must have been sadists.

Nothing better (Except watching Watford win) than a day out watching cricket on a sunny day no matter what level, a couple or three pints and a good game, bliss. :emoticon-0125-mmm:

Brilliant - could we sneak Abu Qatada into the plane with them? And maybe sneak Christopher Tappin into the plane for the return journey. <grr>

Anyone savvy enough to create this little guy in Watford colours (obviously in football kit and not a suit!)?

I'm guessing that as it's a generic emoticon within the website, it is highly unlikely that anyone would be able to, even Mick and Syd.

It can be saved to your own PC, so I just thought it could possibly be edited to change the colours - wasn't meaning to change it within not606. I tried it using Picture Manager but got as far as opening up the programme before finding myself totally out of my depth. :(

Have a great time Al. The shame about going up the Eiffel tower is that when you do, about 4 million other people are doing the same thing..last time i went up there, Mr H had planned a romantic proposal..thankfully i persuaded him to do that well before our enforced trip to Paris for a cousin's wedding..coz the Eiffel Tower was so packed we couldn't move!

i'm going to all four as well w_y, and hoping for a cracking end to the season! Happy birthday Miss w_y!

i'll have a look at it if i get a sec, though i don't know how possible it is! lol...i just like a challenge ;)

Do we want Reading to beat Brighton or not? The result holds a door open for a play off place but keeps Cardiff City there for this time.

Unless we get 12 points and Cardiff only get 4 (not impossible, but unlikely when you consider their fixtures).... it's irrelevant now.

Not particularly sure that I wanted Brighton up there either tbh - but at least it means Reading are level with Saints and can hopefully knock them off this coming weekend.

On a brighter note, Queen of the South's late goal against Dundee handed Ross County promotion to the SPL tonight. My ancestors are all from that part of the world and will be rejoicing in their graves ;)

Morning all from a bright & sunny West West London...I am glad that Reading won as I like them as a club and really like their manager - English football needs more managers like him. But miffed that Blackburn could not have got some points last night and keep the pressure on The Steptoes - i would love to see them get relegated.

Cheers in advance for the frothy AK, busy morning interviewing again today...

Rain, snow or sun. We can chose today everything is predicted.

If you watch the 2:07mín. BBC film of the game at 34sek Don Cowie uses his hand to control the ball before he passed the ball to Kenny Miller.

I thought that too Ak but if you listen to the extended post match interview with SD you'll see he says how Don Cowie had controlled the ball with his backside.

    Thanks for the coffee too.
