It was sort of pay back time, as I remember at their place, they scored a late winner, so Fryatt's late goal was just reward.

I came up to Hull on Friday to spend some time with family but forgot my season pass (honest!!) and figured after Saturdays "Performance" I was really, really pissed off and just could not be arsed!
Needless to say, listening all the way back to Birmingham this afternoon, I was cheering especially when overtaking a car with a Middlesbrough sticker in the back window!
    Effing City!!!!!
Me and you need to have words!

When you forget your season ticket do they still give you the option of buying a ticket for the game, and then next time bringing the stub and your season ticket voucher to the ticket office to get a refund/credit on your account?

    I never went

    Season ticket holder

Live in Wales - huge cost for travel (£60) and didn't fancy it

Costs me £140pm (23*60 plus £350 ish) to support my club

Had my first season ticket when aged 12 when it was still a piece of paper in a plastic wallet. Probably moving from season ticket to odd game but at £85 per game from next season I don't think I will go much

    Love the club

Not sure I can afford it now

Yes. I spoke to the ticket office on Saturday morning and they told me this but after the Millwall debacle I just felt I'd be making more of an effort getting a ticket than most the players did in the Millwall game itself. Hence the the reason I couldn't be arsed.
Obviously, nobody saw the Boro game performance coming!!
Mind you, my record for watching City after Christmas has been shocking to say the least!! I don't think I've seen them score at home since!!! Missed Boro, Ipswich and Bristol.

    I am a right Jonah!!!

I didn't go. All weekend we have been looking after the kids of some friends who have gone to New York for their anniversary. I got a pass for either Saturday or Monday and chose to go to Millwall as I hadn't been to the New Den before. In return I got to take the kids to the zoo yesterday in the pissing rain.

Sounds like I got the worst of a bad deal.

Got soaked going home but with a smile on my face....Going to Middlesbrough today for a couple of days....so there will be plenty of match discussion....It would have been abysmal going if we had lost!

More or less i would agree. I know some people who are FC and KR supporters as well as City fans but who went to the rugby yesterday. The negativity prior to the game was crazy. The mood afterwards was all change. Just how fickle are we or should i say how fickle are many ? Win @ Watford and who knows.

Serves him right.:smiley: Gosh do i dislike people like that. I have one who sits behind me who has a go at anyone and everyone IF Hull City are not winning. Some people are just beyond the pale.<doh>

Sorry to hear that. For illness or work reasons its not an issue if you dont go. Its the fans who dont go just because recent games have been poor. Mad March has been a killer in many ways and yes the Pompey and Coventry performances were unacceptable but they happen. The real fans know who they are and dont have to justify there actions at all. Get well soon mate.

Nobody has to justify anything. If a passholder chooses not to attend a match then more fool them because they have already paid for a ticket but it is their choice whether they go or not.

Correct. Its does not matter as the club has your money already. But to say that you wont go just becasue of recent poor results says it all to the type of fan you are. I go regardless.

For the record I was there yesterday and I admire your commitment, particularly long trips away from home. However, you are too quick to judge people who don't attend every match, just saying like!

Not at all as some have valid reasons. One i dont accept is that the team is crap and resuilts are poor. You support the club regardless IF you have the money.

My only beef with the team results wise has been the Derby Co and Coventry home games and Portsmouth away. Those 3 have been a disgrace but over the season they happen. Most of the games win loose or draw ive been happy overall. Just saying like.

I understand where you're coming from in that the team should be supported through thick and thin but not everyone will agree; therefore your tone towards people who don't go to every match could sometimes be taken the wrong way by certain people.
