I sort of remember that incident, should of been a second yellow if I remember right, but I also seem to remember Scholes had a clear penalty turned down in his favor in the same game.

Again you missed the point, both teams on the day had a big call go against them yet its only the United call that gets talked about years later, which kind of proves my point about the conspiracy theories I suppose, nobody really remembers the ones that United "should" have got but everybody remembers the ones they shouldn't of.
As for the Wigan penalty shout, was that the handball against Ferdinand I think it was? The one which was later proven to have come off his shoulder?

Funniest thing about that penalty is that the ref apparently told Murphy that it was Kelly that fouled Kalou, Kelly didn't even appear to make any kind of challenge in the box which means the officials got it completely wrong.... CONSPIRACY!!!!
