Every goal, penalty and red card should be reviewed in real time by a video ref. It would not slow the game down at all. anyone conning the ref gets a 2 game ban, 3 for next offence, 4 for the next one etc Only the captain should be allowed to speak to the ref, every single player surrounding the ref should be booked, any player that needs treatment or the game stopped must be subbed. The only legitimate reason for not being able to get up immediately without a proper injury is being winded. The ref should add on double for time wasted. football could be fixed in a season if only we had competent people in charge. No more diving, no more playing acting and no more time wasting.
