I don't want to alarm anyone, but I think I can smell burning of fabric....possibly a trouser or a pantaloon.

    "Lol, pie.

    Tell me about it!

Im not even allowed on the Rangers Board on not606. The moderator didnt let me in because I didnt include the terms (t@1g or f-onion) in my post!

Made me either a tim or a tim excuser! lol"

What a grade A ****wit. Imagine going on about the football creditors rule. Can he not see how that only strengths HMRC's hand? Perharps thats why the expert didn't mention it, bawbag.

The guy is living up to his name, he's been kicked around this thread like a deflated football for two days and is still arguing black is white.

    <doh>

And he called me a simpleton.

I just read that too (the tags don't lie)

Sweet Jesus, Mary, Holy St Joseph and the little donkey <doh>

It has moved from a crackpot theory to blatant lies.

Has any expert said my method is not possible.........um why the **** would any expert even pass comment on something so outlandish.
3 times his Leeds example was debunked on here and he's still pushing it.
Still going on about goodwill and doesn't know what the **** it is.
Says the business is the same as the club, but over here says the business, club and company are separate.
ML is a cowardly asthmatic ****stain but I'll bet a million pounds he never pulled any posts by Baldrick.
Then he keeps asking folk to disprove something that is undeniably true but equally totally and utterly irrelevant. It is like saying that the day following monday is tuesday and if you can't prove otherwise then I must be right about everything I say....Even though it is irrelevant.

I know I can be bloody minded...There...I said it. But this guy is ****ing unreal.

I'd post more of his guff but I can't get the taste of buffalo anus out of my mouth.

That's all it takes to get a long thread, one deluded idiot who will never see the truth of the matter, no matter how obvious it is, who is willing to string out an argument that has long since been lost. I'm a glutton for dealing with baloons like that, I sometimes feel it's my public duty to try and make them see sense but enough is enough and I tired of him. I actually thought it was TFWNN at the wum for a bit, very similar attitudes and very similar arguments and insults always at hand for when the jig was up.

As soon as he started throwing insults you just knew he'd cottoned onto the fact that he was talking drivel, but rather than just walk away he decided to bluff it through and hope no one would notice.

He's probably on another forum as we speak, regurgitating his claptrap idea.

You can be honest with me.

Am I sometimes a bit like that?

Debates (there's a misnomer if ever I heard one) like this are like picking scabs.

You know it's not good for you but you pick at them anyway.

I suppose it is different with opinions on things. We can all be dogmatic and belligerent on things. When it comes to matters of fact, you are either right or you are wrong. If you are wrong, you just have to put your hands up and say so.

I typed a lovely story in here but I don't want the whole world knowing my business. This thread is number one on the google machine<ok>

but it did remind me of the other lie I saw over there. Baldrick said he was just messing about when he said Celtic lost their history. The same guy who was on here conceding that he was wrong on that not one day ago.

    http://www.not606.com/showthread.ph...ng-on-Internet-Forums?highlight=debating tips

9: Last resort, if your argument is in tatters and you are being mercilessly mocked and taunted by all and sundry and you don't want to go away for a few days, simply pretend that you were at the "Wind up" all along.

He also used a few of my other tips.

1: Highlight any spurious claims you make by stating they are "Fact"

4: If you post something which you later realise is nonsense, simply edit it and leave a full stop in it's place, then you can deny posting what you did in the first place. (note: This can be fraught with danger if your opponent has already "quoted" you. If that is the case, resort to tactic No3 or simply do not respond)

8: If all else fails disappear from the forum and do not post for a suitable period of time (3-7 days should be adequate, dependent upon how badly you were shown up) then return and start posting again as if nothing had happened. This tactic is especially handy if you are planning on going on holiday for a few days, as it's the best time to lie through your teeth and return without a blemish against your name.

I have a lot of work to do.

    Building the Spruce Moose.

They are being remarkably tolerant over there. I don't understand it. It is quite clearly bollocks and even the people who disagree are commending the effort he has put in.

I can work hard on being wrong. Or I can be right for very little effort.

Is not 606 harsh or is everyone there a massive fannybaws?
