Hey guys arsenal fan in peace. There seem some pretty divided opinions on mancini. I personally think based purely on talent hes made good purchases (at least better than liverpool) with the likes of aguero, silva, balotelli (undeniably talented) etc. I think where he fails in his man management skills. He underestimated how much of a liability balotelli's attitude is and i know many of you will disagree but his contradiction with regard to the tevez saga may have given players vent to display their revolt or lack of care. He also makes public his frustrations which obviously doesn't help team spirit. In conclusion I think you guys should stick with him as long as hes learned his lessons as he can judge talent but needs to be more ruthless imo. Btw can any of you confirm a bust up in the dressing room btw balotelli and a team mate (was at the game but certainly didn't notice anything at full time though a lot of your fans were pretty errrr....angry)

I would not be surprised, I think it spoke volumes when all the players walked off the pitch without even looking at him when he was laying on the pitch getting treatment.

    Edit to add -

Manchester City have denied rumours of a post-match dressing room punch-up after Sunday's defeat at Arsenal.

I looked at how you were shaping up couple of seasons ago and said then that I thought you'd challenge and fail this year but next year would probably win it. you'll probably replace 4 strikers and need a defender or 2, will Mancini lead them thre? who knows, I guess it depends on what happens at Real Madrid, can't see the point in them replacing him with any one other than Mourinho.

Tevez, well, he's been trying to engineer a move away now that he has enough money, (shock!!, horror!!) and sort of had Man City over a barrel when he decide to return, if he didn't play x% of matches he was available for he could get out of his contract, and Balotelli, well, so much talent it has to be worth a punt.

You have to question who COULD manage the likes of Tevez and Balotelli. Mourinho himself who is being linked with the job as City manager, has described Balotelli as "unmanageable" so it's not just Mancini.
