I am desperate for us to have got auto before the Coventry game as I want to enjoy the game with no disaster looming. Playing for the title would be a bonus I could tolerate, but I want auto settled.
Whilst it would obviously be fantastic to have promotion wrapped up by the Coventry game, I think that's asking slightly too much. Right now, if you offered me the chance of going into the Coventry game one point ahead of 3rd place, I would take it in an instant.
Whilst anything could happen, I would think we have a good chance of sorting out promotion before the Coventry game. Remember that we are 4 ahead of 3rd now with a good GD, I can imagine scenarios where we are up by the 28th.
Am I the only person on here who wishes Pompey well right now? I'm going to miss games like yesterday's.
I think you know you're not the only one. There are plenty on here who wish them well. Besides, they can't give us any more grief.
I think we can have an auto spot wrapped up by the Coventry game. With the schedule WHU has ahead of them, I think they are going to drop a number of points. I would be much more relaxed going into the last game if I know we are up and we are playing for top spot or nothing at all.
Apart from us, Coventry have a reasonable run in...I would like to see them win there next three, secure their Championship place by the time we play them, that way it wont be a "must-win" for them...it'll also probably mean that the skates are by then relegated
Live five miles from the ground and it's raining pretty solidly here! Won't suit our passing game if the pitch is a bog. Still have faith but feeling twitchy!
Maybe its time for us to start digging in a bit more, shooting from range instead of trying to pass the ball into the penalty area...i think Adkins will instill a bit of grit today...COYR
To be honest, all I care about is what Saints, Reading and West Ham do. I couldn't give a **** what the others do.
Well that would do as well. Already relegated, or already safe. Makes absolutely no difference to me. I was going for the former, simply because they're currently one point behind Bristol City and hence are in slightly more trouble than City.
We want at least a couple of the play off teams to win. Make Brighton pull out all the stops tomorrow!
