Saw jim has been on a few websites showing love and support for the club recently . Nice to see jim still sticking by his club and his roots, Met jim a few times and he is a great fella. One of the few entertainers that really earned his OBE and never sold out. Be good if the club gave him the mike for the final game of the season.
I like Jim as well, typical. He was my favourite Doctor Who. Apparently, though, it is against the law to like him. It is also against the law not to like Lenny Henry.
Jim has done more for this countries troops than any other entertainer or celebrity I can think off. For nearly 25 years cockney comics were ignored in favour of the camp or left wing style comedian by the media. Only recently has comics like Micky Flanagan, Russell Brand been given a shot. Is lenny Henry a comedian? The funniest thing he ever done was marry dawn French.
