Voting is a democratic right. However you have the right to exercise apathy too. To force someone into it is not right but I can see why they do it. Although people who choose not to vote have no right in complaining about how the country is run as far as I am concerned.
Thatcher decimated British industry and countless communities in Northern Britain...I for one will have a party when she eventually pops her clogs...To say that her government looked after the British people, is in my opinion, absolutely ludicrous.
True, I have been fortunate enough to have never lived in such an area. However I am not blind to what goes on. Sure they "bring the area down" and like to "stay in their own communities" which can create a discord amongst the natives and the immigrants. I get that, however you are coming at it from a monetary point of view which is, misguided at the very least. An asylum seeker cannot claim benefits of any sort as I am sure you have to have proof of being a citizen.
Iv'e got a 35 quid bottle of wine waiting for that day - the best consolation for my class is that the bitch is suffering at the moment and the longer and slower it goes on the better
Froggy, Glasgow is my second city mate but it's become a total **** man. Area's like the Gorbel's, Sighthill, Shettleson, Brigton have become twat holes mate & it makes me cry lad.
Aye I know marra wouldn't go to any of those areas now to many ****ing arseholes who want to "chib" you. Still a grwat City though.
Now that, I agree with! I have always worked, apart from when I went to University, and I have no time for freeloaders of any sort and I cannot identify with them (not everyone on JSA is a freeloader mind you, some are in a tough predicament through no fault of their own)
