I posted a link earlier PieKing they are even reported to be prepared to write off their £30mn loan to get rid! Something to do with losing £14.1mn in your promotion year and 93% of turnover being attributed to wages..............if you slip up and fail to get promotion and the SKY blood money i GUESS THEY WILL BE STUCK WITH you and then look to cut costs. Very interesting situation.......,<whistle>

I'll be wearing my navy blue, red and white fila jacket (the inside pocket is good for storage), black jeans and white and green nikes. Probably won't stand out that much, although it is highly likely that I'll be the only brown geezer in the 3000+ army, having seen very few people from "ethnic minorites" at Fratton, let alone away matches.

I've never done well at predicting scores. I will say that I'm expecting a Pompey loss. If we draw, I'll be ecstatic. If we win, I'll have a heart attack. I personally feel that with all the pressure being on you (top of the league, at home, almost nailed on promotion) there is a small opportunity to beat you. Other teams have showed that if you get in your face and frustrate you, then you become just another championship team. May the best blue, white and red team win.

As an update to this thread, don't worry lads in blue. Given the form of both our teams this past weekend I can't see us being dazzled by attractive, free-flowing football.

And what with 'two-fingers' Varney antagonising his own fans, not to mention, 'back-pass' Pearce causing jitters in the ranks, and Ginsters Lambo straining his 'vitals', this somewhat makes for a lot of uncertainty.

History repeating boys... Until we get rid of self seeking oligarch's spending big for totally selfish reason's, club after club will go through the mill. We need owners who are true supporters of the club, in it for life. Or at least until July for Pimpey.
Ps. I loved div 1, real clubs and real supports, I mean I hadn't even heard of half the teams, but they had good loyal supporters.. Loved it, loved leaving it more though..
Pps. And as for local Derby's... Who are these Brights and Bournes.. Only good for visiting on holiday, and then it has to be sunny...Honestly.. They are totally pretentious, I feel only sympathy for a team that nobody can be bothered to hate, or even mildly dislike.. Actually I like Bournemouth, it's like a home away from home..

Still here Channon, we should have won 2-1, Scummer influenced refereee ignored the linesman flagging for Sharp being blatantly 2 yards offside to go 2-1 up then buckled. Usual cheating Scummers!.<doh>

He was onside when Lambo hit the ball and offside when the ball clipped the other player on it's way to Sharp, but that player was a pompey player so he wasn't offside.

As i said singingbluerinse, you dont understand football.
You should feel very proud of your boys for preventing a cricket score.
Keep your fingers crossed that you get us in a cup sometime. Just like the old days, :emoticon-0103-cool:

Whilst my blue blood still courses through my body, I will not give up whilst survival is mathematically possible, but 9 points adrift is a big ask so it will be straight back up next season and Scummers straight back down again as my thread says, getting beaten week in week out ,by a cricket score<ok> You heard it here first from the well informed and savvy SB3:emoticon-0116-evilg
