Kilgallon 9/10 performance. The lad is an absolute rock solid and very composed centre half. He can also pick a pass out of defence too. Kilgallon made 3 very important blocks that I saw today.

Can anybody offer an explanation as to why it took Kilgallon the best part of 3 years to 'bed in' at Sunderland?

He's had 2 good games in a sunderland shirt and is suddenly this amazing, composed, quality centre half?

oh sod off. every game he has played for us this season he has been outstanding. he came on against man city, when they were flying, having played nothing but reserve football and loan spells for well over a year, and would have been an ever present since then were it not for rotten injury luck.

really got nothing better to do on your saturday than snipe at us??

Catts was man of the match for me.

Look obsessed mag, look at your own fans, up in arms at Pardews appointment "only brought in as a yes man, blah,blah.....suddenly best thing since sliced bread." oh a Shola slagged every week gets you out of jail against us and he's a god! Crawl back under your rock!

Thought catts was poor personally. When he gets the ball I want to cry. Killgallon for me. After those last two games I think he's amazing...

I can't actually remember Kilgallon having a poor game for us. Even when he came in under Brucie and we were struggling badly, he always put in decent performances. Top marks to the lad.

can't wait to get rid of him?? well, he was getting paid by us and never playing, so we figured if he wasn't good enough for a chance in the team, it was best he was sold. turns out it was bruce's failing, not kilgallon's, and now o'neill is getting the best out of him. he hasn't had a bad game for us this season.

obviously we should bow to your superior knowledge though, how fickle we are, we should go back to wanting him to leave.

Kilgallon for me, hes better than Anton, Titus, and Tina, with Brown fit, i think they could go on to achieve a remarkable partnership.

Kilgalon has been just as much a find as McClean for me this year. MOTM for me again today, but big mention for all the defence and catts and gardener, all were solid. Attacking wise we didn't get going but it's nice to have a solid base.
