  1. We have been saying this all season, can it all really be down to luck / rub of green...? Sometimes you have to make your own luck, we have had chances but, as per usual, we are clinical enough!

PS - don't want to worry everyone but we usually play better in the opening half hour than the rest of the game!

  3. Not as bad as against Wigan but it is hard to watch, I'd say it is more than to hurt because of recent results than the actual performance. Far too wasteful again though.

I suppose at least we can laugh at our team and ourselves. I've seen grown men who are Newcastle fans crying into their shirts just because they aren't as good as they thought they were <whistle> Typical Geordies <ok>

Agree there but these decisions get to the players and they become on edge thus it effects our game

As ever, decent approach play but no finish. All confidence in front of goal has drained away.
Normally Kuyt would have buried that one. Glaring miss aside (I know...), I think he's been one of our better players.
Usually I watch in the pub so alcohol numbs the pain, but I'm watching on the net today and feeling it.
Wasn't happy seeing Andy having a little giggle on the bench while we're losing at home-again.

Dont get me wrong, I wasn't trying to make excuses because we have looked really flat.

I'm not sure I can see Kenny finishing the season ...

He will. It would do more harm than good letting him go now.

End of the season there will be a review of the season. There I expect a change will be made.

<ok> I've got some good news for you though. I've got Dempsey in my fantasy football team, I may be able to beat Kenny's Dream 11 for you. Plus with Pilkington and Reina not available Simpson and Mignolet will be coming into the team for an extra 12 points. Not bad, not bad at all.

Agreed, he has unfinished business in the FA cup. Sack him now and get knocked out against Everton and it will always be a matter of..."what if?"

I'm tired of watching the typical come out play ok, no end product; capitulate.

It all would have made sense if not for Carroll. When Carroll EAs bought we needed to support him with Downing and Adam. Henderson you can almost forgive but it all makes me so tired....
