Dyer had a 3 game ban after getting sent off a wigan and i am assuming he wasnt match sharp, and Luke Moore was brought in to give Graham a rest IMO he has a hard task as a lone striker for us and has been doing brilliantly all season, but looked tired the last few games!

you know who Cissé reminds me? Samuel Eto'o. Not only his physical appearance but also his movement on the pitch.

personal opinion! some of you seem to be starting to suffer from Delusions of grandeur! your doing well this season, but your not a top 4 side as people seem to believe! if you keep it up over the next few seasons then ill gladly admit my mistake! enjoy it while it lasts! how ever long that may be! not trying to put you down!

Look at the other clubs' boards discussing the race for fourth and you will see that we are very reserved when it comes to CL aspirations this season and none of us are counting our chickens. No way do we think we are a top top side, some of us are daring to get excited after years of **** (I'm sure you know what that feels like) which is hardly a crime. What you are saying just makes you sound like a sore loser. Seeing as your friends over on the Swansea board seem a gracious bunch of folks it would be a shame for you to let the side down. It was our day today, it might be yours against us next season, I wish you good luck with the rest of this one.

Also please go easy on the exclamation marks, no need to shout everything. Oh and that's just Mrtiote's way, he seems to veer wildly from unbridled glee to crushing depression to fits of powder-keg rage, he is quite a character.

i think Swans fans know better than most what its like to be in the proverbial ****ter! having only 9 years ago saved our self from non-league football on the final day of the season with little leon Britton being the hero, and hes still with us today! shows that not all players have to be brought in from over seas. If enough time and effort and good coaching is put in then those little lower league players can easily cut it in the prem (Britton, Tate, Monk, Williams, Gower, Allen, and more have all come up through the leagues and are easily holding their own). I know some of your guys have been down there, i have to say that i never rated Perch or Williamson, but what great jobs they have done in the absence of your regulars!

Easily the best striker to visit The Liberty this season.

A good game. Very disciplined performance by us, restricting Swansea to playing around our box with a few long range efforts. There was only the odd moment of worry for Krul. Swansea are a good side, good at home from what I've seen so you'd expect them to cause you problems at some stage. Very impressed with the way we were cute enough to accept the possession situ and just keep our shape. Massive win. Could have been very different if Swansea had had Ben Arfa and Cisse in their line up. They just lack a bit of creation in the last third and a striker to stretch teams. They allowed our centre halfs to stick rigidly to their role and didn't really manage to drag them out of position enough. I can see them kicking on next season contrary to what some might think, they just need that bit of extra quality in key areas to really unlock defences.

Still think we'll finish 6th mind. But who knows if we beat Bolton and Stoke at home.

I think you'll find our fans are far from deluded (the eternal 'Daloodid Toon fans' label is the easiest to throw at us though. You suggested that the only top class players we have are Cabaye and Cisse, but I think this is probably the most deluded thing that can be read on this thread...

Krul - sharing 2nd spot with your own in form keeper for their country, kept 12 clean sheets this season and only turned 24 last week (so 4 years Vorm's junior)...Considering David DeGea cost £18m, I think its fair to say Krul is up there with the best youngsters around!

Colocinni - Not the fastest player on the pitch, but his reading of the game and positioning makes this largely irrelevant, I can whole-heartedly say that if you don't rate Colo, you've not watched him enough!

Tiote - Constantly linked with 20-30 million moves to the likes of Chelsea and Spurs. Slightly off the pace by his own massively high standards but he's still ran the show in a number of big games this season (Beating Manure 3:0 being the perfect example).

Ben Arfa - One trick pony? Which trick is it you're talking about? Running with pace, beating a man with tricks, long range shooting, his vision and ability to create shooting chances for others? 4 goals, 5 assists in 20 games (only 10 starts) - hard to argue with that!

Ba - 3rd highest scorer in the league and he has scored in 8 games - says it all!

Have other teams got better squads than us? YES. On paper do other teams look more suited to higher positions and european compeition? YES. At the end of the day though, you can't really argue with league position, we deserve to be exactly where we are - we are currently the 5th best team in the country at this point in the season, we could go higher, we could drop lower, and we'll deserve whichever happens!

I personally think this Swansea bashing is harsh, I personally think you play some lovely stuff and you're 2 or 3 signings away from the pentration you missed yesterday.
