Vince made a thread about FA fining us and them someone else did as well. I think it upset him as someone posted on his original thread that someone else had made a thread about it.
That happens all the time, the later thread usually gets put into the earlier thread and the earlier thread gets to stay, its first come first served. But it does happen a hell of a lot. (but his thread got to stay by the looks of it, so he must have been first, so not sure what his problem is tbh).
Reading more than posting at the moment Vince. (Haven't even had time for reading lately. ) But trust me I read your posts avidly.
Its not as bad as putting your name forward first for something that been offered on a first come first serve basis, then to find someone else got it...
You will always have respect from me Vince & remember I hardly post at all now due to my circumstances. They are a good bunch of lads on here from home and afar and will always have my eyes when time permits, reading their posts Joe..
Pretty much the same MR but I now have a 30 month old girl who won't even let me have a crap unless she is with me . For some reason, she has to be constantly in my eyeline and if not, she freaks bigstyle..
Security mate, they all go through it up to some point, as you know. It was my oldest boy with me, when he was about two he would scream the house down when I was off out with the lads. (Of course I had the advantage of leaving him to our lass, where he would settle down eventually.) The grandkids have their moments when it's time for them to go home. Don't know why, as I'm a miserable old bugger. But I do spoil them rotten. Did anything come about, about that operation you hinted at, to help your lass get more comfortable?
Nothing at all about the op MR, the lass who had it could walk and it was a different condition that caused her knee to go into her ribs. We are relying on a baclofen pump enough to stimulate the bottom half of Lollie's frame enough so that the physio's can work at attempting to get her leg to budge. With Lollie being Cerebal Palsy, it ain't going to be easy. Never had you down as a grumpy lad MR, just a fan who wore his Harrington with pride and like me defended the Safc realm
To a certain degree I agree with you - I tried to get more involved but got disheartened by another Sunderland fan claiming I was "talking out of my arse - again" for merely expressing an opinion he disagreed with !
that used to happen twice a week to me, mind you they were probably right, but it never drove me away, probably made me come back for more in all honesty, if everyone agreed 100% of the time, would be a bloody boring forum would`nt it.
try being the only Yank on the board (that i know of). disregarded often, but honestly, doesn't really bother me. part of the fun. also, might just be that i'm not very interesting and insightful! love footy, love Sunderland, love adding the occasional post. plough on is good advice.
