    I hardly think it's wuming.

He's only saying what everyone thinks. Do you think that midfield strikes fear into anyone ?

    Thoughts ?

No it doesn't and neither of them walk into our midfield.

    Who cares what Savage thinks?

The way he talks and calls other players crap yet what has he won and accomplished in his time as a professional footballer?

I think a lot of what Savage says is on the ball to be honest and I think he's right again.

It's good to see an ex pro say what he thinks, too many are so worried that they will offend some viewers that they end up having no real opinion. Savage is a bit more confrontational than most but that's just his personality, I think he likes to stir the pot a bit and get a reaction.

I agree, what he said is true and none of them walk into our midfield.

Tis a fair point. When you consider Liverpool used to have Alonso passing the ball almost as well as Scholes, Mascherano hassling the opposition all game and Gerrard doing more than just wandering around looking bored, it's not hard to see how far they have fallen. And before that it was Sissoko, Garcia, Hamann, Berger, McAllister, McManaman, Barnes, Molby, hell even Jamie Redknapp was probably better than the current crop. I think you have to go back to the days of Graeme Souness to find a Liverpool midfield that was this weak.

And to be fair it was Shelvey who stuck his neck out in response to the first comment about Meireles...a more sensible fella would've just ignored the truth of Savage's statement...
