Good News Goos News -as they used to say on Dukes of Hazzard I've managed to get the Music Thread stickied!
Do we need it stickied? It's used quite a lot and that keeps it near the top of the page anyway. And if have too many stickies, the board doesn't look as good. Just my opinion though.
Good point chris,but the music thread although not football related is the most popular thread after the banter thread. Are all the other stickied threads permanent?
Only really found out about the music thread this weekend & I've been here a few months? Great! If that says anything? As a novice: how much gets repeated from all us drunken bums?
I don't mind it being stickied as I also think it's a great thread but i'm not too keen on having too many stickied threads at the top of the page. I think the 'Welcome to Not606 Liverpool Forum' is a thread that, in my opinion, needs to kept as it's a good thread for first-time posters to look at and see what's what. I also quite like the 'Anfield Arms Pub Thread' as it's all things off topic and it's used a lot. Not sure we need the other stickied though as they aren't used as much as the others.
Chris, I understand that the Welcome thread should always be there. But the Arms and the Music threads are both really popular. Tonight I had to search on Page 2 to find the Music thread!
