At the conclusion River Plate fans (the away team) let out first, home fans kept in for 20/25 minutes. How many Saints fans could put up with that if it was 3-0 to SFC on Saturday?

The tragedy for women is they believe that if you say say something often enough and loud enough it becomes true.

Then the Pompey bubble will burst in more than one way. If your fans believe causing trouble is worth more than following rules and supporting their team in the right manor then you will probably get every thing you deserve. No club to follow
Right.....so some Pompey fans will buy tickets...and then not be able to collect them as they will not be on the coaches. So they will not be able to watch the game, but will hang around outside so that can listen to it! Yeah, anarchy in the UK! Whichever team is doing worse means it's their fans who will want the trouble. I seem to remember alot of Saints fans going after trouble a couple of years ago when Pompey were in the prem, now the table's have turned and it's Saints who sit top of the league, it will be the Pompey fans looking and causing the trouble. Certainly for myself, this fixture means alot less to me than it did two years ago, purely because we're doing better than them.
Perhaps the best way to deal with the idiots (usually fat blokes - 25-45 age range, EDL members with skinheads and tattoos) would be to put them in a boxing ring with our finest boxers for 10 rounds say! It might bring them to their senses.
I think you've got the old Tar brush out there Ides. I'm in that age group (well for a couple more years anyway ). I am a tad on the portly side and have short hair. Although I'm free of tattoos and am not an EDL member, I fit 60% of the criteria mentioned. As I wear spectacles can you please arrange for my opponent to have one hand tied behind his back and wear a blindfold?

Few empty seats in the pompey section yesterday. Surprising. Weren't very loud either, can't remember a single song from them in first 30 min's. Best fans in the world!
