i said it would suit him, reffering to his selections lately being very clown like, very slap dash, i know he wouldnt be any good as a clown hes not funny enough, but he is a cracking lad...........even if he does support Newcastle.

I think your a good lad too, you can be very condescending though

I don't mean to be condescending, I just find it hard to talk to the intellectually challenged.

Trying to stay off here at the moment and curb the habit until Aintree and looking through this thread it looks a wise decision.

In a moment of boredom I bought the Weekender today for the first time in years and now I know where Barney gets all his info from! Seriously though one interesting stat from Nick Mordin is that in the first few weeks of the flat season a horse that "last raced between 140 and 220 days ago is far more likelier to win than one whose last run was earlier or more recent than that.

Thats a shame really as I like Scarlet Rocks at Folkestone tomorrow and it ran 97 days ago. Nick Mordins stat aside it looks to have a great chance on the book and first time out for Peter Evans it may even have improved for the move. Decent chance at 8-1.

Not looked at the "state of play" yet this evening but will be amazed if the selection didnt run in the Brocklesby. Tasty juvenile at Kempton this weekend NASS and I look forward to reading your thoughts!

Haha I was right. Good write up again young man. Agree about the Bill Turner entry, could very well get in the mix.

That Severn Bore that won a seller earlier in the week, it's owner came over from the States just to see it run....a fact I sadly only found out about as they were going in the stalls. Already though it looks that Turner once again has a good string of juveniles to mop up the moderate juvenile races with.
