They were kept in the picture, Barmby made a statement to the media. As regards the Summer, do you honestly expect the club to make statements now about what their purchasing capability will be?????
This seasons definitely were, but I'm not so sure about the next two, it seems ages since all that was going on and my memory seems to be failing me.
4 years worth. First 2 years £16m and next 2 it drops to £8m. Thats what.!!!! We now get the first of £8m in august. Hope that Nick gets the lot for players. Pity most of the first 2 went elsewhere and on debts. Just think that we could and should have had £32m at least to spend on players but sadly all that was lost thanks to the clueless Dufferman and his crazy deals.
Well no, I noticed that a 360 degree turn would leave them in THE EXACT SAME POSITION. Which is obviously not what you wanted to imply, you were looking for 180 degree turn. Anybody above the age of 10 should've known that. ****.
The info I had was that all 4 years of payments was sold (at a ridiculously cheap price) to Investec.
as much as it erks me to say so yes you are correct. i hold my hands up to that one. at least i admit when i am wrong twf or should i say mr dufferman ? whats your excuse then ?
Adam said that the First years were Yes and the 2nd years would go to paying off debts, wages etc. From what he said and after the Allams have paid off all the debt the club would see the first amount of £8m. unless somebody can prove or show otherwise. IF..all 4 payments have gone then that makes what the last regime did even worse. ffs.
We sold 14,000 season tickets over two seasons(in 2010) to for £4 million, so that's now either coming to an end, or has ended already. The Investec loans against Parachute Payments was just a loan against guaranteed income, so if the terms were poor Assem would have just settled it early to avoid those poor terms(it may well be included in the £50m he's paid so far). I suspect the parachute money will come to the club for the next two years.
I'm pretty sure we paid the outstanding balance off with investec, I'm sure it was mentioned in an interview with the Allams?
They were obviously debts and we've been told that the debts have been paid off, so I think it's safe to assume that Investec have been paid off and any future parachute money and ticket money will come into the club from now on.
Whos a gl;ory hunter ffs. We all know that prople leave buying seasons if success dries up. Its happened in football for years. Its not just glory hunters that dont renew. People get fed up if they stop enjoying it. Maybe quite a few havnt enjoyed it this season because of the lack of goals and general excitment. Imean, its probably been more exciting away from home this season. I know people that dont go to the KC much but go to most of the away games.
