I spent time over the weekend thinking about Saturdays game, lunch time kick off, should I risk the shorts, shirt, t-shirt or Sunderland top, sandals or trainers, yes I really can be an old rocker, why does my son sit away from me? Now sunglasses can spoil the viewing so maybe stick with the SAFC baseball cap to keep that glaring sun out of my eyes, oh I love these hot summer days of spring, is that what they mean by global warming? Out at 5.30 for the morning walk, Osca took one look and wanted back home and his bed. Snow on the ground, bitterly cold with a wind swirling that cut you in half. So, re think, will the game be snowed off, thermals or waterproofs, boots or sturdy shoes, woolly hat or hoodie, bovril or coffee. I remember days gone by when your winter coat came out for the winter then was put away until next year, can you remember those far gone days?
Bloody Britain Syd, not just the NE. I'm off next week with my little girl and going to blackpool for 5 nights. That's why the weather has turned. My fault its bloody freezing boys and girls.
Makes no odds in Blackpool Cest, the weather is immaterial in Blackpool she will still enjoy every minute, so will you. Her with her dad and you with your girl. She will go to sleep every night feeling sick, fish and chips, ice cream, candy floss mixed with the pleasure beach, a deadly combination. You will just be knackerd because they have a way of doing that to their dad. Enjoy.
Just got me tickets for the spuds match, coming over to see my daughters and sister. havent a clue what to pack now! should I bring winter woolies or just warm summer gear.........?
