very true! This has been a topsy turvy year all round. Winning on family day, beating teams above and below, and not just the difficult matches..etc..bizarre eh? true too!
Home sections officially sold out. http://www.watfordfc.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10400~2709347,00.html According to Wikipedia, Leeds' lowest league attendance this season (so far) was against Birmingham. The only possible explanation for that can be ticket price, surely? The way that's written, it doesn't sound like a stand or corner.
Shame for the lad, but as a keeper he is still in his cradle. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/9631108.Watford_keeper_returns_from_loan_due_to_injury/
Dam...buy my mates some tickets to come, assuming that despite them not being near my seats...we'd be able to find empty ones...and for the first time this season we sell out! Geez...when they sell "sold out" it doesn't usually mean sold out though....there are always still empty seats here and there.
There's never a "good" time for a keeper to break a bone in his hand, but this is the "least worst" time. Bonham's missing a potential five games for Harrow Borough, and should be fully recovered come the first day of pre-season.
It was, but in my head I have blotted out the Loach howler so thats why I probably said we won as we should have done
No great surprise here, but I wonder what can stop him apart from us not being big enough. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/9631352.Dyche_nominated_for_award/
I've got mixed feelings about that. It would be a disgrace if Sean weren't recognised, but I'd just as soon avoid the jinx. Malky got it for March 2011 with three wins (one a very lucky 1-0 home win over Millwall, one against nine man Sheffield United who went on to be relegated), and was basically rewarded for just how terrible a run we went on in late January and February.
The pictures are up now about the mult million pound building project. As we thought it will make little difference to the Vic on match day. http://www.watfordfc.com/page/Gallery/0,,10400~2705009,00.html
I have been reading that season ticket prices will be unchanged next season. Cheapest Prem ticket in the country?
The club seems determined to make sure the place is packed to the rafters. http://www.watfordfc.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10400~2724675,00.html
