Hi guys. This is from the BBC gossip columns. Liverpool's owners will demand answers from manager Kenny Dalglish when they carry out a "strategic review" of the club's season. Dalglish will have to submit a written report, detailing his account of why Liverpool have fallen short in the Premier League. I'm pretty sure this is true tbh. Maybe every manager should do it every season. What do you think Kenny would write?
Its gossip dressed up as news with the BBC sports editor adding this non story to have a dig at Kenny. If it was an extract from an interview with our owner it would be credible.
he'll use bullet points, that much is for sure. 1. your missus is FINE! 2. carroll is comolli's fault and is gash... not as gash as your missus. the list will go on like this but in summation henry's bird is hot and distracted the players
I predict it will take the following format: Chapter 1 - "The bad luck of 2012" Chapter 2 - "Hitting the woodwork - records set (we are so unlucky)" Chapter 3 - "The Suarez Saga - media conspiracy" Chapters 4-72 - "Andy Carrol - the £35m donkey" Chapter 73-97 - "Stuart downing, Charlie Adam and Jordan Henderson - Championship players" Chapter 98 - "Bad luck continued" Chapter 99 - "Hitting the woodwork - we really are unlucky" Chapter 100 - "Conclusion" Executive summary - "We have bad players"
Although a rumour, every business has annual reviews and forecasts. To suggest this is just gossip in the wider scheme of things would be incorrect. Its based on this theory that the papers have conjured this story up. Performed badly? You will have to explain why.
Believe me. Your owners aren't idiots. they will do things properly and at the end of the day they WILL succed on the pitch. Even though your poor decisions on and off the pitch have set you back a few years.
