Club pulling out all the stops..

Following on from a fantastic take up of season cards for next season, SAFC is launching its innovative SAFC Rewards scheme, which offers a raft of exclusive offers and benefits to season card holders for 2012-13.

The new scheme will give the club's season card holders access to hundreds of pounds worth of discounts, incentives and special offers, including free safc tv, the official online TV channel of Sunderland AFC (worth £34.99), discounts in club stores, special ticket offers for family and friends, money-off vouchers for the concourse kiosks, monthly offers and discounts for a range of hotels, restaurants and bars and much more.

Further details on the scheme are available at www.safcrewards.com and in club publications in the coming months.

To officially kick off the new scheme, supporters who have renewed their seat for 2012-13, or purchased a new one, can enjoy a special two-game offer and buy an additional seat for Wolves and Bolton for just a tenner - that's only £5 a game.

There is expected to be huge demand for this offer so supporters are advised to secure their tickets as soon as possible.

SAFC chief executive Margaret Byrne said: "We have been absolutely delighted by the take up of season cards for next season. There's a new vibrancy and impetus about the club and to see so many people believing in and committing to what we are trying to achieve here is truly heartening.

"Season card holders are our lifeblood and hopefully the SAFC rewards initiative will emphasise to our season card holders just how highly we value them. We want to encourage as many people as possible to come to the Stadium of Light in order to make the club stronger."

Tickets can be purchased by 2012-13 season card holders by telephone on 0871 911 1973 or in-person from the Stadium of Light ticket office. Supporters must quote their customer number when purchasing tickets.

great shout by the club when did we all start supporting the club when we went to a match and felt the atmosphere and the chanting, sheer size of the place and the game itself... If we can all boost the numbers by bringing along someone new (I will take my little nephew and a mate for example) we can be a bigger club in the future and have more games like the everyone (minus the score line)
