Exactly the same here. I bought online and they said "oh, no there's not any" when told that receipts had been sent and money taken for them they went and checked with the manager, there were tickets after all. 2 tickets, purchased.
They're all gone now. On a slightly related note, when do you think its likely that Middlesbrough tickets will be sent out? My folks ordered them for me through their season tickets - which means they have to be sent to their address down south (which isn't much use for me in Scotland). The plan is for them to post them up as soon as they arrive, but I've ordered away tickets in the past that have only arrived days before a game..
brilliant, I wish the ticket office lady had at least had the brains to double check, after all, why would I be phoning up a week after they sold out? So so annoyed right now.
Well if they ordered yesterday, I'd expect them to be with your family tomorrow based on my own experiences.
