I only put Martin because Schneiderlin has been in the team for a while now, whereas I usually give Young Player to someone who has broken through <ok>

It's easy to forget how young Schneiderlin is because of how long he's been a regular for us and because of how consistent he is. It just shows what an incredible talent he is. Definitely the biggest potential in our team.

Also I really can't see Martin ever holding down a first team place here. There will probably be a couple new signings in his position next season.

Surprised no-one has said Cork for Young Player of The Year, he's only 22.

He's been a bit mediocre I think. I'd be tempted to replace him with Hammond for a few games. He does have potential though.

He's not set the world alight, but he's been better than Martin in his respective position.

How can Cork be better than Martin if they play in completely different positions? <confused>

I'm not saying that either, I'm saying he's been better in his respective position.

What do you mean by position though? I've interpreted that as CB/CM? Unless I'm reading ti wrong?

Cork started really brightly then sort of fizzled out?

He's been alright, but inconsistent. I'd put Hammond back in this weekend personally.

I know it's hard to compare across positions, but Cork is better at CM than Martin is at CB, if that makes sense?

Cork and Morgan are established players, they are young but they're both experienced. Martin's broken into the team and done well, so he gets young player of the year for me.
