Sunderland fans complain about an infestation of mags on our board (for the record i dont mind them) and then we get threads like this about Newcastle, is it any wonder they come across and defend their club/manager.

If a thread was on their board and I noticed it, I would be over there defending us.

and @ warm pouch, a lot of you are just as bad as a lot of our fans, spreading crap and trying to make it stick.

You lot can defend Pardew as much as you want, but to even mention Ben Arfa in the same sentence as Messi is deluded....but your cockney manager has been in Newcastle long enough now to get that deluded bug that infects you all....Messi <rofl>

Why all the sniping between mags and us at the mo? Both teams doing well, won't face each other till next season.

Yet some seem intent on an agreement?

Pards seems to have really got under the mackems skin. And this time he wasn't even trying! Just making a casual accurate observation is enough at present. I think we'll put this delusional thread down to the final nail being hammered into the "lets catch Newcastle" plan.

Now is that something you would see Messi do? Yes. Therefore, is Ben Arfa capable of moments of magic like Messi? Yes. Voila. It's not hard, is it?

I don't think Pardew is talking about Messi's overall ability. He's just talking about the similarity of their magic moments, the way they're small, nippy players who seem to have the ball stick to their foot like glue as they zip past numerous players.

I'm fairly sure many of your fans have called Sessegnon 'Sessi' as you also see similar attributes in him.

How any mackem dares insult wor Shola is beyond me!! He's your worst nightmare. Scaring me at present is wor Shola. He has put about 5 or 6 good performances in a row now. Not out of the ordinary in football but when said person has failed to do that in the previous ten years, you get suspicious. I hate to say it but I think when Cisse signed, Shola went on the gear

Absolutely not. The man made Perch a decent player, I'm seriously wondering who he really is.
