Afternoon all - belated thanks for the coffee Ak and the maths lesson.

My daughters over from Switzerland for Easter so the snow will make her feel more at home.

    Snowy Easter
Easter 1-3 April 1983 - this was the snowiest Easter with Scotland, the Midlands and Kent getting up to 10 cm of snow. Over the past 45+ years, snow has fallen quite regularly, even in lowland areas. Snow fell in 1958, 1965, 1970, 1973, 1975, 1977 and 1978.

Seems we've had more white Easters than Christmases :emoticon-0120-doh:

Thanks Charlie, it may not be snow but I think I will bring my thermals. I have just had to come in for a cold beer due to over heating down the field. Well that is my excuse.;)

Just seen some stats that I did take in for once. Last season with Malky around, after 40 games we had 56 points. This year with SD at the helm we have 57 points.

Last season down at Carduff, after 40 games Dave Jones had 69 points. This season after the same 40 games MM has managed 61 points.

Still I did see that MM has had some bad refs that have denied them loads of points. Well that is what he said!

So from Malky's perspective, he has doubled his pay, tripled the wage budget available to him, stolen a considerable chunk of the Watford backroom setup (some of whom he was entitled to because he brought them here, some of whom he wasn't because he didn't), taken one of our best players and one of our potential signings (Conway), and has five points and a lucky set of fixtures in the Carling Cup to show for it.

We also have less successful strikers now DG and MS have gone and I hope SL is better from being able to learn from TK.

We should win more than five points from the last six games as well.

It also snowed at Easter in 1981 - I remember sitting in the damned stuff watching us draw 0-0 at QPR. The following Easter we also had an away fixture at QPR, another 0-0 draw - but that time I got sunburnt!

Morning all - nice bright start to the day in West West London and at 8C not too chilly. I heard on the radio that there has been a fair amount of snow in the North of Scotland - as they say on Game of Thrones, "Winter is Coming".....another busy day in madness.

Thanks in advance for the frothy AK...
