I was watching the tottenham Swansea game earlier and it got me thinking who gets too much praise and the adulation after games and gets overhyped too much, i've come up with a few players that you may agree/disagree with. Scott Parker - For me he is overrated all he does is 5 yard passes anyone can do that and to me is a limited player. Joe Hart - don't get me started on him, he think's he's made it after one good season at Man City he's made alot of mistakes but no-one notices it. i don't rate him at all, i find him too cocky a case in point when Scott Sinclair missed his penalty and Joe Hart was giving it large and eventually he did miss his penalty, i don't like his attitude. David Silva - Another Man City player that i find to be overrated, i'll admit he had a good start to the season but the last few months he's been rubbish and looks tired to be honest, the creaming over him was disturbing. Do you agree/disagree with my choices ?
Suarez - Liverpool fans think he's World Class For non Premier League players: Ibrahimovich Totti Ribery Benzema
suarez. only 7 league goals this season, same as the berb, who has made, what, 10 appearances in the league? pathetic return.
Barry- Really don't know how he gets ahead of Carrick in the England team. And I fear I might get some stick for this, but I think Suarez is a good player. He's one of the best dribblers in the league I think, he has this ability to just go past players really easily. And I did say on old 606 that I was disappointed that we didn't buy him and everything that's happened regarding him, I think he'd be a real world class player in our team.
The three most over rated players who spring to mind are Gerrard, Suarez and Ashley Cole. No coincidence they're all ****s.
Barry Lampard Milner Considering the hype when Suarez came to the premier league, i would add Suarez to that list.

Vermaelen - Gets praise most of the time as hes arsenals best defender by a country mile; but when he makes mistakes, i.e yesterday he was useless for both of QPR's goals, no one says a word. Ramires - better than when he first came to the prem but still gets too much hype for me Ivanvic ok at times attacking and a constant threat in the opposition box but bar the odd block he adds nothing defensively Skrtl **** Agger **** Glen Johnson **** Nasri & Clichy - Arsenal fans must be loving the money they got for these two as they are probably the two worst buys of the season both been utterly useless for those scumbags in blue A lot of people saying suarez which i kinda agree with; his dribbling skills are at times sensational and he has probably been there best player this season but his goal return is absolutely ****e and hes also a diving cheating ugly ****
Bale for me. Purely on account of how much he is hyped. Don't get me wrong, he's a quality player, but the way the media talk about him sometimes makes it sound like he walks on water. Not even convinced he's the best player at Spurs tbh. The other one is Gerrard, but only over the last couple of seasons. He was great in his day, but over the last two years he's looked more and more like a passenger in the Liverpool midfield, and that is one midfield that cannot afford a passenger. It says a lot that since he came back from injury he's been a guaranteed first choice and Liverpool have been absolutely ****e, but a lot of their fans still think he's one of the best in the league.
I recently watched Barry in our game at Stoke and he was rubbish,, eventually subbed. As for Joe Hart he was giving it big time to the crowd until Crouch shut him up with that volley. Still think he's the best English keeper though and Robinson has given Blackburn a chance of staying up great keeper imo. P.S. Hope you hammer Blackburn tonight and shut those Citeh fans up once and or all. Win tonight the title is Utd's.
Sorry, but that is exactly what they are. Gerrard and Cole have never in a million years been as good as people claim and Suarez is not as good as Liverpool fans claim. They are the living embodiment of over rated. Sorry.

Toon fan in Peace. Sorry but atm the first player that comes to mind is M Owen. Hes done chuff all in his career since leaving Liverpool and he cost us a fortune for no return. Since hes signed for you lot hes done chuff all aswell. All he is interested in is picking up his pay... Lol rant over..... Actual overrated players IMO are as follows: S Parker - How the media drivel over him is beyond me. All he does is go around in circles, throw himself at the ball and generally pass sideways and backwards. A Song (Arsenal) - Hes useless. F Torres - Controvertial I know but if he does not started scoring more goals soon hes gonna go down as the biggest most costly flop in history. J Terry - Hes so slow now its crazy. B Zamora - since 2003 in top flight football hes scored 52 goals in 245 games as an out and out striker. Thats 1 in 4.71 games. Awful. R Keane - I just think hes crap - hes also amassed an amazing £80 million of transfer fees over his career.
