Just got on the phone this morning for my Boro and Posh tickets to be told that i could only get the Boro ones as the Posh game wasn't set up on the system yet!! Told to ring back, and now i'm on "hold" forever ...... just needed to moan, that's all.

Still, looking forward to the delights of Teeside!

Have to say I had little problem early in season, but now it must be getting busier. I remember how you had to wait ages to get tickets when we were in PL, so we might have to get used to this unless the new system for next year makes a difference. Or is that only about security and getting into stadium? I would use the on-line system if you could choose seats, but gave up was it always seemed to give me seats I didn't want.

what i find odd is that we have only been given 1,728 for p'boro and they have not mentioned that increasing, WHU got 5,000 last week? Can anyone shed any light on this?

If we go up, they'll certainly have to sort out their systems. A 25% increase in match day sales is highly likely but thankfully I think they're on to that.

OP, are they making/have they made you pay the £3 booking fee twice then?

Called up at nine on the dot and didn't get through until ten past ten after being cut off four times! Finally managed to get through and order a ticket for both Posh (terrace) and Boro - can't wait!

West Ham are also taking 6,000 to Barnsley. I don´t remember us getting an allocation near that size.

TBF we didn't sell out against Barnsley so you can't tell what maximum allocation we would have got

I had to give up at about 10am as my MD turned up for a meeting. He left half an hour ago and I got through. Tickets for Posh added to the Boro ticket order and no extra admin fee charged. Happy bunny now!

Agree, the TO is useless nowadays. Just the other day I tried to buy Palace tickets both on the phone and online. Online was only showing tickets with coaches and ended up ringing from 9am till 13:10, finally got through and was told there was none left. Useless. Also the constant cutting off is annoying. It needs sorting out really. Never had issues before this but it was frustrating as hell.

I dread to think what its going to be like next year if we go up for God's sake!
Hope this new ticketing system that we have heard about will improve things

Buying over the phone might be a nightmare, but i've been buying online for the last 3 seasons and never had a problem.
Got my Boro tickets at 8.30am and my 2nd lot of Boro tickets at 9.30 when they went on the site :)

And then remembered I needed a half day off work too!

That is the way to do it Kate, however I am a technophobe. I always forget my passwird and ID, and then when I get them the online booking never seems to work for me, or gives me seats I don't want, or doesn't let me select a child seat.

Good old fashioned talking to someone is how I like it.
